I love parties! Not just the celebration, but the preperations, too. I'm one who thinks any party should be done as well, and complete as possible. Anyone I throw a party for is special, and deserves to have the very best party I can provide. With 4 grandchildren, family, and friends, I have plenty of oppertunities to do what I love to do. Decorations are an important neccessity for any party. It shows just how special the guest of honor is, and sets the scene for fun and frivolity for the guests. Over the years, my decorating has received great reviews by every attendee.

Another love of mine is taking pictures. I've taken a lot of pictures throughout my lifetime, and have learned how to take great pictures. Especially candid pictures. Having hosted many a party, I know how difficult it is to get all the pictures needed to remember the event years later. You're too busy having fun with food, guests, presents, cake, and games. To find the time to pick up the camera is difficult, except to take a picture of the candles being blown out. Maybe an unwrapping of a present or two will be caught, but not much more than that. Hiring a professional photographer is expensive, and the cost is out of reach for most casual party hostesses.

That's when it dawned on me that any party hostess could use help. I don't want to do the games, food, or any other feature of the party, just the decorations and pictures. With these 2 details done, the time allowed for the hostess to tend to all the other details of a party is greatly increased. And, the party is just that more special, with all the pictures needed to remember the event for many years to come.

I am Bonnie, Wife, Mother of 2, Grandmother of 4, Sister, Daughter, and Friend. For the last 25 years I worked alongside my husband in the world of Investments. Having just turned the 50 year mark, I have decided it's time for me to do "my thing". It took awhile, but during a party last May it dawned on me what it was I really love to do, that will also provide help for those who might need it. As busy as people are these days, any help they can get has to be a good thing! Therefore, Picture Perfect Parties has been born.
